Are you eager to share your know-how and indulge your sense of adventure? Beyond Travel's Global Action and Awareness programs welcome volunteers from diverse backgrounds and any skill level to participate in two week programs around the world.
We believe that travel offers unique opportunities to inform ones understanding of global problems, while promoting change and instilling hope at the local level- and let's not forget the incredible opportunities to try new things, explore world cultures, and make lifelong friends.
BT Global Action and Awareness volunteers work directly with Beyond Travel partners and community based organizations on ongoing efforts to protect the environment, maintain food security, improve access to medicine, and promote education and economic opportunity for women and youth.
We go to great lengths to ensure the health and safety of our volunteers and to provide them with a rewarding experience, full of fun and firsthand insight into the communities in which they are based. On off days, volunteers explore the cultural richness and natural beauty of a destination and follow the calls of adventure, excitement and discovery.
